Peter Almonte Jr., Managing Director

Peter Almonte Jr. brings over 30 years of experience to his leadership role as Managing Director of Trusthill Real Estate Brokerage.

Serving residential and commercial real estate clients for over three decades, Peter’s successful career in real estate began in 1988 when he joined the East Greenwich (RI) branch of Coldwell Banker. After several years with the firm, he then joined REMAX Metro Warwick (RI) in 1990. While at REMAX, he advanced quickly to become one of the top-producing brokers which earned him induction into the REMAX Hall of Fame. Throughout his career Mr. Almonte has been an active corporate citizen serving on numerous industry-related committees including a stint as Program Director for the Kent County Board of Realtors. Peter is licensed in RI and Massachusetts.

Mr. Almonte is a graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School (84’) and graduate of Providence College (88’). Peter and his wife Melinda reside in Narragansett with their two children; Andrew (20) and Abigail (19).

Chuck Cummiskey, Senior Broker

Chuck Cummiskey has been working in the real estate profession for nearly his entire adult life. Early in his career he managed a 100 unit summer cottage resort and recognized a need in the market for competent hands-on management. As the demand for sales, rentals, and property management grew, so did Chuck’s involvement and ownership in each. Over the last 20 years he has been responsible for hundreds of acquisitions, sales and transactions in residential and commercial sales as well as leasing, and property management.

Philip Marlow, Real Estate Sales

Philip is a lifelong Rhode Island resident who grew up in Narragansett. After becoming a Realtor in 2004 Philip began a property management and seasonal rental division within his Aquidneck Island office servicing nearby Universities and the Naval War College. After relocating to northern Rhode Island ten years ago Philip began focusing on property investments while working in the corporate hospitality industry throughout New England. Philip is licensed in RI and Massachusetts.

Thomas Pederzani, Real Estate Sales

Thomas started his sales career in 2015 and quickly developed the ability to thrive in face to face settings. Right away his communication skills and networking ability allowed his business to take off. Thomas approaches each day intending to build lifelong relationships with his clients.

Melissa Morvillo, Sales Associate

Melissa is a life-long Rhode Island resident with expertise in the South County area.
